Her lips and cheeks were touched up. Her ears are pierced (earrings included) the outfit is also included, the shirt and skirt are from American Girl, shoes are after-market. She has been thoroughly cleaned but she does have a small stain on her legs and on the back of her cloth (Shown in pictures), I'm not sure if it can be removed. Her limbs overall are tight, one leg is a little looser than the others but has no problems standing. Please be aware that she may have shine marks due to handling.
