Description: The Croatia 1,000 Dinara was issued in 1994 due to the monetary unit reform in Yugoslavia. The banknote comes in dark brown and blue-black color schemes and is 140 x 66 mm in size. Its obverse bears Serbian text and displays the fortress sitting on a hill in Knin. The back of the note is in Croatian and depicts the countrys coat of arms in the middle. It also features a decorated vase. The paper bill carries a watermark that reflects a Greek key design. Additionally, it was printed by the Banknote Printing Works and has the signature of the National Bank of the Republic of Serbian Krajina Governor Pavao Marjanovic.
