Description: Creed Aventus 100ml / 3.3oz Batch 19U11 BRAND NEW, SEALED & STORED PERFECTLY SINCE 2019!Imported direct from France when this batch was newly released; and stored in IDEAL perfume conditions ever since! All the above pictures are ours, to show you the bottle, batch info and from every angle even under the sprayer. You will receive a new, sealed one of course! All the above pics are ours and show exactly what you will receive! We will change them for each one we sell due to minor imperfections in the boxes. See below, some of these have the QR code obstructed, with a little hole, scrape, it's on purpose this was done at the retailer in France before shipment. Back when Creed was owned by Creed, retailers were wary that Creed was tracking which items made it to the USA by the QR codes. Likely just a rumor or speculation. We have continuously ordered Creed Aventus from France since 2014, every batch available that we could order. The owner here has always been partial to U11 batches since 15U11, and puts some away every other year when it comes up. These were imported from France when this batch was the newest freshest one! Then a week or two on the way to us, and then into PROPER perfume storage immediately. The cellophane has seen probably an hour or two of light! Please note, Aventus was reformulated at least twice! Once in 2014, once in late 2019. With that and batch variations, a new bottle is unlikely to smell just like your older one! Aventus by Creed is a Chypre Fruity fragrance for men. Aventus was launched in 2010. Aventus was created by Olivier Creed and Erwin Creed. Top notes are Pineapple, Bergamot, Black Currant and Apple; middle notes are Birch, Patchouli, Moroccan Jasmine and Rose; base notes are Musk, oak moss, Ambergris and Vanille.Aventus celebrates strength, vision and success, inspired by the dramatic life of war, peace and romance lived by Emperor Napoleon. The bottle is emblazoned with a silver emblem of a horse and rider.The finest ingredients were hand-selected for this composition, and father and son developed this provocative, masculine and optimistic fragrance as a joint effort.Top notes: blackcurrant, bergamot, apple and pineapple. Heart: rose, dry birch, Moroccan jasmine and patchouli. Base: oak moss, musk, ambergris, and vanilla. The best perfume storage is completely dark, cool and low humidity. We have had this exact perfume storage; going back to 2015! It is not good for them to be in a retail store environment with fluorescent light! Even sealed in their original boxes, even if the boxes are black most stores DO NOT store their perfume properly. At all. They just hope to sell it within a year. Disclaimers/ things to know about Creed before buying All the pictures are ours and you will receive exactly what you see, though not the one we pictured! Meaning, we have stock of these and we don't take a new picture each time one sells. Why the QR code is Sharpied over, messed up etc. This is from our suppliers, it comes that way. From back when Creed cared (Creed has since been sold, a couple times) and retailers in France feared being tracked. Creed is well known to be one of the worst for quality control, see batches next section. But it also pops up in things like the boxes, cello wrapping. The boxes are super cheap, cheapest you can get for a perfume that retails for $400. They often don't have 4 absolutely crisp corners, the cello is often pretty weakly sealed. Sometimes the sticker on the bottle itself isn't straight or has a bubble in it (usually correctable). The batch number on the bottom of the bottle can be printed or laser, and in different places. This can all be referenced online, we don't buy from just 1 supplier but a few in France it is quality control all from Creed itself. Just be aware if you aren't already or new to Creed! BATCHES We do not offer batch advice- we don't know the differences in batches except some generalities. It's not something we would devote many hours each week to, one fragrance. The best resources for batch info are first Aventus Lounge on FB, second basenotes their Aventus batch threat. Some general info. Aventus ages in value like wine, older batches are almost always valued higher than new, the quality seems to go down year to year but you can see that complaint with any perfume made for a decade. Batch numbers start with the year, like 19, 20, 21 etc. Then a letter, in chronological order A before B before C etc. So A,B,C batches are toward the beginning of the year, X,Y,Z the end. Then ending in two numbers, typically 01, 11, 21, but sometimes others. In general, Aventus is shipped to market too fast- so it isn't as strong as it could be, or should be when you first get it. So older bottles are almost always more expensive. If you don't want to do a bunch of research, with it being mostly subjective anyway we always suggest buying the newest, cheapest batch in the size you want. This way you won't overspend, and it will also make it easier to buy a backup bottle if you decide you love it!
