Description: Craftsman GT Garden Tractor Hydro-Gear Hydrostatic Transmission / Transaxle This heavy duty transaxle fits many Craftsman garden tractors from the 1990's into the 2000's. This was the era when the GT's were painted green. This is off a Craftsman model 917.258870. Craftsman part numbers for it include 140343, 150073, 163198 & 214-3010, they all refer to the same transaxle. The Hydro Gear numbers on this one is 218-3010L and the 222-3010L is the same. The transmission came out of a machine I acquired that was missing the engine. Therefore, I have not tested the transaxle, and am selling it as is, for parts or rebuild, with no returns.
