The fragile booklet is toned. There appears to be no wear to the plans. They are in excellent condition. All items are laid into a printed paper folder. The paper folder mild wear. Seldom found as a complete set. Excellent condition, 11 3/4 x 8 1/4 paperback with a soft cover folder for protection, pictures and illustrations, writing in French.
