Description: This lovely Corning Ware floral pattern in pink, blue and green on a cream colored background is named "Symphony" and was made only from 1990 to 1994. The floral pattern is repeated on two opposite sides.This casserole dish has its original transparent amber glass lid, holds 2 liters and measures roughly 8" square (10" w/handles), and stands 2.5" tall. It is about 10" across including the handles. Both pieces are in excellent vintage condition with very little wear. It is embossed "Corning Ware" under one handle, and under the other, "A-2-B 2 Liter."Corning Ware baking dishes are made from a specialized glass-ceramic compound called Pyroceram that's remarkably resistant to damage from chips and thermal expansion. This dish goes effortlessly from oven or microwave to table and is dishwasher safe.
