Description: This includes the roho cushion, it's cover still factory sealed, manual air pump, patch kit inside of its original box. The instructions are important to understand how to properly inflate it. Some wheelchair bound individuals need a test involving how well caregiver can move their fingers under the cushion. True comfort is obtained when it's neither over-inflated nor under-inflated. There are videos online to show this, and it would be helpful for others to watch if they're not finding relief. Make sure the air nozzle is placed at the front of the seat; it's not only easier to fill there, it can be irritating if their buttocks is on top of it. I can't tell you how many nurses and such would flip cushions wrong, and saying that helps people remember it. Don't be timid about correcting them, since almost all cushions have a wrong way to lay them down. This cushion is actually better than many, since the valve would be taking less pressure; There's usually more padding on their tush there; and it's away from the bony tailbone that's more susceptible to pressure sores. Sorry to ramble a bit; just important to know, and if you have any cushions with the cut out area... those open areas also go to the back of the seat. I rarely see those used correctly.
