There are many people passing by both countries and the line judges are making sure everything is okay." Each time I look at this aprillera, I notice another detail put in by this skilled artisan. I can't imagine the amount of time it took to stitch! Each spectator's face is just a touch different as are the hairstyles! It's such a nice example of this woman's skill and of the art of aprilleras itself. The piece does have a slight mustiness which I have considered when pricing. I don't have a lot of experience with cleaning this sort of item so I was hesitant to try to clean it. It is not a pronounced smell but I want to be clear that it is present. I have a sensitive nose and can only smell it up very close so most people probably won't be bothered by it.
