This design is made to fit tightly and hold the batteries in place. Therefore when the cover is used without batteries it slides right on but because the batteries angle on each other they press on the cover so if batteries are inserted make sure to apply pressure downward on the rear of the cover to allow the two nubs to line up with the holes. Also when removing the cover make sure to apply pressure on the textured area so the hook will be moved downward out of the way. All parts are made of Impact Resistant PLA.
