Being handcrafted out of a solid piece of Mansonia wood, and headed with unprocessed, thick cow skin, with oversize dimensions, the sound is warm and full, tones punchy, and bass much larger than usual for congas. These Classic Carved Congas are also much more comfortable to play thanks to the thick rounded bearing edges and dropped tuning rings. They're available in four sizes: 10" Quinto, 11" Conga, 12" Tumbadora, and 13" Super Tumba. You'll find all of them feel larger than standard congas because of their handcarved nature and full 28"-30" height. The 10"X28" carved conga is about the size of a standard Quinto. The difference between this conga and a maufactured piece is the warmth created by the carved wood and untreaded cow skin, and the increased bass due to the dimensions of the shell. The bearing edge is also more comfortable than a traditional conga. International shipments almost always are shipped using USPS Priority International Mail. Shipping information is automatically uploaded to your Ebay order when the label is created. You can track your package online using the carriers' websites (UPS.com and USPS.com). Both customer and shipper rely on the third party shipping company to deliver the package on time and in good condition. International customers will pay a flat rate per item shipped, as displayed in the item detail. Shipping costs are recovered on returns of items that were shipped at no cost to the customer. PACKAGING AND INSERTS The heavier and larger a package, the more it costs to ship. We prefer to reduce shipping costs as much as possible, so we take advantage of light weight packaging and packing materials. We limit the materials we include with your item, so don't expect a lot of additional promotional material or product manuals to be included with your item. We do our best to accurately describe each product, and strive to keep happy customers. In the rare event that the item must be returned, notify us within 14 days of purchase. Our Money Back Guarantee and Warranty applies to items returned within 30 days of shipping delivery. DAMAGE OR DEFECT If the return is due to damage or defect upon arrival notify us within 3 days of arrival, and we will replace or refund the item upon proof of damage. Keep all packing materials in case of shipping insurance investigation. All instruments are warrantied against defect for 30 days from delivery, which includes natural skin drum heads. PERSONAL PREFERENCE If the return is based on dislike of color, size, or sound, or misunderstanding of item description, you may return the product to our warehouse at your expense, and upon receipt of item in new condition, we will refund the purchase price less the cost of outbound shipping (in the case of free outbound shipping). NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS We cannot offer returns on goat and cow skins used as replacement drum heads once they have been soaked in water or installed on a drum. Once a drum has been tuned by applying additional tension the drum head warranty may be voided, based on seller's discretion. Hint: Do not overtune your drum by applying too much tension too quickly! INTERNATIONAL RETURNS International purchases will not be refunded if tracking information shows the item was delivered within 30 days of shipping.
