So I made sure all the code were cleared and used the erase all key function instead of the add key function. After the 10 minute waiting period it will say all keys erased then it goes into programming mode. Simply place the 1st key to be programmed wait 5 second then the next and so on. Note if you already had a key programmed use the one that was previously programmed 1st then the others. On the FOR Mazda I replaced the PCM and simply used the add a key function.
