Description: Opalized CITRINE CRYSTALS These sparkly, top quality, 'A' grade CITRINE crystals are a translucent gold to cloudy white color. Most are transparent in part, some have a whitish area and some may be all white or clear with a tinge of gold. A few have small indents. These are rounded in general with a few more oblong. These stones are "opalized" which means they have a higher water content that regular citrine. This gives many of the stones a soft gleam or opalescence, although they contain no actual opal. SIZE: Small to Extra-Large, most are between 3/4 and 2 inches long. WEIGHT: Each package weighs 1/2 pound. COUNT: The count varies but it looks like around 15 to 18 ORIGIN: Brazil PICTURES: The pictures of a 1/2 pound package are typical of the size and quality of stones in this lot.
