Returns policy If you wish to return your costume you will need to send the item back in a resellable condition within 30 days of receipt with a copy of the invoice along with a note of the reason of return. If you do not include any paperwork it will delay processing your return. Please send the item back in the original packaging neatly so that it is in re-sellable condition. Failure to include the packaging may result in the item coming back to you as items need to be in re-sellable condition. We are happy to take back items which do not fit or are no longer required with the exception of wigs, hosiery, makeup, fangs and underwear which cannot be returned due to hygiene regulation. It may take up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed once we have received the item back and it may take some additional time for the refund to show up in your statement.
