Description: This is an older Chinese Hand Craved Hardwood Mask which measures approximately 10” x 5 1/4” x 3 1/8”. Detailed stained wood carving of possibly an Elder man. There are some chips, flakes, dust/dirt, what looks like tiny amounts of glue in the eye area, imperfections in the wood, nicks, some loss in the eye areas, and surface scratches. Back has one extra hole that was drilled, with six holes that were drilled with what appears to be metal rods that were cut off to the surface of the wood.
