There are spots of white paint on his chest, so the chips are not very noticeable. The pinks, greens, yellows, and blacks are vivid and so pretty together. Marked on the bottom with Chelsea house and a made in Italy sticker. See pictures for measurements. Other than the minor chipping on the chest, there is no other damage. Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt.
