I will add extra bubble wrap to sets without hard slip covers for extra protection & mark all packages as fragile. I check all sets for damage & loose discs after I purchase them & again before I ship them. If your set gets damaged during the shipping process (it rarely happens, but some workers ignore fragile), please let me know & I will exchange it for a new set. -I am an individual seller with a small store. Everything is done by me. I pick out the product, purchase it, transport it home, photograph it, list it, package it & ship it. As well as handle all communication with buyers or potential buyers. All sets are authentic & the exact set that is In the photos, so them being not as described will not happen unless I accidentally ship the wrong set, which I've only done once when I mixed up labels.
