[4] pp not accounted for in pagination, [1-5], 6, i-xxiv (sic) Morningside intro w footnotes, [7-8], 9-343, [344-354] blank; plus unpaginated frontispiece photo of author, and one additional full page photo. Author's preface, 35 chaps, index. B&w illus. Condition notes: a clean, tight copy, with a small light stain to tail corner of pages and rolled spine ends; else excellent.
