Description: This auction is for Challengers of the Unknown issue 62 from 1968 in VG- condition. This is an oldie, but a goodie. The 1950’s and 60’s were filled with Science Fiction comics and DC was great at it. This series features a group of adventurers who would all wear the same outfit. They predated the Fantastic Four by a few years and it’s believed that the Fantastic Four was inspired by these guys! The cover has great eye appeal and some great interior art by Bob Brown. The spine has some stress marks. There is some creasing along the top and the right side. The book has no clipped coupons, markings or missing pages! The pages are better than off white, but not quite white. A really nice book for any collector to finish their run of this now classic comic book title. Shipping is $6 for USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE mail.
