No chips, cracks or damage. Carl-Harry Stålhane was one of the most important ceramic artists and designers in Sweden during the 20th century. He worked for Rörstrand in 1939 to 1973. In the late 1940’s he first attracted international attention with his typical design for slender, symmetrical vases in monochrome, matte glazes, inspired by ancient Chinese Sung ceramics. High ceramic quality, magnificent creative design and brilliant craftsmanship.
