It comes on and then says it needs to be restarted because of a lens error. It came out us just like it is. It is missing some screws. It comes with a battery but no sd card. It had a part that was off of it as well as the strap to go around your wrist. If there are any other parts missing we don't know it. We did not try to work on it or repair it.
