There are moderate scratches on the screen. Minor scratches around the lens. The port cover on one side is missing. (SEE PICTURES)The lens cover does not open all the way without help. (SEE PICTURES 2-3)All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.I was able to insert in-house AA batteries (NOT INCLUDED) into the device. I was able to insert an in-house SD card (NOT INCLUDED) into the device. I was able to power on the device and use the buttons/dials to navigate through the menus.The display is in fair condition and I was able to see through the viewfinder. I was able to take a still picture and record a video.I was able to play back the video and hear audio from the device. I was able to review the images taken. (Test photo from device can be found above (PICTURE 17))I was able to test the flash and zoom as working.Shutter Count: This camera does not provide this information according to camerashuttercount.com. (SEE PICTURE 16) The last image/video taken by the device before being reset was titled: 102-3466 for photo and 102-3467 for video, but this number cannot be trusted as it can be reset either in the settings of the device or by switching memory cards.
