Description: This is the first version of the Bob Jones Billet Series Putter. I am the original owner. The head is milled steel, and yes they do rust. Importantly there are no cracks to the wooden shaft. There is an internal metal shaft as well. I replaced the original grip with a STITICHBACK white leather grip. The length is 35” This is a heavy putter. I think that this is the finest modern era putter ever made. Why am I selling it? I have a Putting Cleek that is am using. Harry Vardon had a set of clubs like my Putting Cleek. This is a player’s club, not a wall hanger. A am an Art Historian, This club is the way it is. If you want to clean off the rust go to it.
