From the artist’s on-line obituary: She was born Feb. 27, 1902, in Wayside, Texas. She attended Tulia schools. She married W.R. ''Bill'' Crow in 1918 in Tulia. She moved to Canyon in 1938. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Canyon, Canyon Garden Club, Priscilla Needle Club, Round Table Study Group and the Phoebe Sunday School Class. She was an acclaimed bluebonnet artist of Texas. She was recognized for Outstanding Achievement in the community and Texas Panhandle by the Women's Forum.
