Description: This listing is for an excellent ORIGINAL (not a print or reproduction) circa 1919 antique framed oil painting by noted German-born California Impressionist painter Karl Yens (1868-1945). He is best known for his plein-air paintings of coastal California. There is an inscription on the back, but all I can make out definitively is "Laguna Beach" and an old price of $125.00. The painting is on cardboard measuring 9-3/4” x 13-3/4" and is presented in a more modern frame measuring 13-3/4" x 17-7/8". This is one of several great vintage art pieces I am listing this week.
