Description: Exquisite ornate Barbour International Sterling Silver 11.5” candlesticks! Weighing 48 ounces, these sticks have weighted stems, but still must comprise 20 or so ounces of silver. Featuring lobed engraved balusters, acanthus engraved urn bobeches and 4.25” diameter round bases with embossed foliate band, each stick bears a B monogram to each side. Very good overall condition with a pinhead dent to one bash and a couple of scratches to the bases, these heavily decorated sticks were top of the line for international silver. Using the Barbour mark it used up until about 1910, they were made probably between 1905 and 1910. Buyer to pay 4 pounds insured FedEx shipping within the US or 4 pounds priority international.
