It is an edition of Hume and Smollett's The History of England (London: George Virtue, 26 Ivy Lane), circa 1850. A copy of the title page is included for authenticity. Size: The page measures 6 1/2 by 10 1/2 inches as seen in the pic. Condition: The print is in Good to Very Good condition for its age printed on a bright page, blank on the reverse, basically as seen in the pic. There are a couple of minor spots, a slightly bent corner and some cockling, otherwise the image is clean on a bright page that would frame up nicely. The see the pic for more on condition.
