Description: This West-Bond 7700A Ultrasonic Manual Ball & Wedge Wire Bonder (s/n 8680) looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear. We have a technician who refurbishes these machines for us, so we are selling it in working condition. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for him to go thru the machine to make sure it is performing up to factory specs. It comes with an Ultrasonic Generator, a B&L StereoZoom 4 Microscope with 10X eyepieces, and a heated workholder with temperature controller (the ones shown in the photos above are not necessarily the exact ones you will recieve; they are shown only as examples of what a complete setup will look like).Consumables (wire and capillaries) are not included.
