The third section contains 16 newspaper articles about the activities of prostitutes in town. The women cited in the articles we're a very interesting and colorful group of Butte’s scarlet women. It should be remembered that the height of Buttes prostitute population it probably had about the largest contingent of these working girls of any town or city in the United States.
