New, unopened, still sealed in original packaging; however, the corners of the cellophane and the illustrated box did not get along with each other at some point in their history and the cellophane is starting to tear. Additionally the cellophane around the hanger hole is also torn. I have secured the cellophane with tape. The illustrated cardboard kit's container is fully intact and undamaged, the damage was limited to the cellophane corners and hanger hole.
