So we can make it right with our Master Restoration Team before it ships. Our standard restoration (included with your purchase) gets the piece really clean and removes any watermarks, deeper scratches with color loss and chips, and makes sure all the drawers or other moving parts are working the way they should. We personally like it when we remove the big imperfections and leave the little ones for the character but add a layer of finish over them to freshen the whole piece up. If you like it that way too you're good to go because that's our normal process anyway. We can also strip sand and refinish the whole piece for a like-new from the store appearance. This lets us customize the color tone too. We just charge for the extra shop time.
