Description: Available now is this brand new High End Systems HPU processor, specs below, please let us know if you have any other questions. Product Overview The HPU, or Hybrid Processor Unit, serves as the versatile heart of the Hog 4 family. It can seamlessly function as either a rack-mounted console or a DMX Processor when connected to another product from the Hog 4 family, offering an impressive 64 universes of output in a single 2U 19-inch rack mount unit. While retaining all the capabilities of a Hog 4 console, the HPU is specifically tailored for scenarios where permanent hardware front-panel interfaces are dispensable, such as applications on cruise ships, in theme parks, and for architectural lighting installations. In console mode, the HPU can also serve as a backup to any Hog 4 family console. Simply connect a Hoglet 4 to the HPU, incorporate some touch screen monitors, and you'll have a robust and dependable control system primed for any show. The HPU can be effortlessly expanded using Wings, Widgets, DP8Ks, or even by adding extra HPUs. In DMX Processor mode, the HPU truly shines, extending the output capacity of any other Hog 4 console product by up to 64 universes, all within a compact, rack-mounted device. Two HPUs in tandem result in an impressive 128 universes, with the capability to expand further as needed.
