Overall the Decorative Boxes are in Excellent/Very Good Condition. One or Two boxes have very minor wear. Master Artist Jiang Xue-Bing - In China, Jiang Xue-bing made his mark: He designed the interior of Mao Tse-tung’s mausoleum, Beijing’s first subway station and the hotel suite used by President Richard Nixon during his historic visit in 1972. But 17 years ago, Jiang left his country and fame behind to come to Chicago, where he works in relative obscurity–the price of freedom from the Communist government’s stifling restrictions on art. Even now he enjoys fame in China, where he is the only living artist to have his work displayed in Beijing’s Great Hall of the People.
