Powers on without incident and all components power on automatically. I do not have all the cables , or connector cords so the video screen is on but waiting to be hooked up (see pictures). The light source illuminates and respond to light intensity adjustment. Ocular cable and light cable are good condition. Components all respond to prompts and power on and off without incident. Rolls smoothly and wheels lock and function as they are intended to. All manuals are manufacturer's copies. All power cords are hospital grade.
