Description: Michael Neth's Bakery (ca. 1880s)22 Fleet Street, Boston This original, antique photo shows the storefront of Michael Neth's bakery that was located at 22 Fleet Street in Boston, MA. Neth was attempting to sell his bakery in 1885, and placed regular ads in the classified section of the local paper. I've attached a screen shot of one of these ads to confirm the address. To the left and right of the sign on the building you'll also find the number 22 to verify the street number. The photograph has faded over time, and there is overall discoloration to the photo and the cabinet card. The overall measurement is 6 1/2" x 4 1/4". There's some wear to the corners and edges.
