Description: UNTESTED. FOR PARTS OR NOT WORKING. When I turn the round pipe part on the bottom the pulley part on the side turns. Beyond that I've never used it or tested it. I'm selling it as untested and to be on the safe side for parts or not working. It has scratches, blemishes, flaws, imperfections, etc. It's dirty and could use a good cleaning. No returns.
