Bookends Lion Heads Solid Brass Gatco King of the Jungle MCM Book ends

Description: This is for a rare and lovely large set of Lion Head Bookends that are lacquered brass. These are stately pieces and can also be used as statues flanking perhaps a picture or use as intended as book holders. These Lion book ends measure: 5 inches tall x 4.5 inches wide x 4 inches deep. These are lacquered and thus wont change in color or need polishing. They have the original makers sticker on the base, Gatco. These are filled with perhaps a cement to give them a nice weight to hold up your books! **All items are vintage and if more then normal age appropriate use / condition issues - then it will shown in the listing / pictures. Please ask questions prior to purchase if there are concerns. Majority of my items for sale are pre-loved treasures that were most likely purchased at a local Estate Sale or a local resale shop in Arizona.
