Wild Goose Studio has entered in a marketing and licensing agreement with Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland, to utilize many of the animal illuminations, from the Book Of Kells, in the Wild Goose Studio product line. Wild Goose's top designer made this design, and the product is made elsewhere, not at Wild Goose Studio, but for Wild Goose Studio. They are made using exactly the same materials and methods that Wild Goose Studio uses. The Fridge Magnets are one of those Book of Kells illuminations, and thus a Wild Goose product, made under a licensing agreement. To put it another way, Trinity College allowed Wild Goose Studio to design this product, and have it made and marketed. Wild Goose Studio chooses to have it made elsewhere, under their auspices, not at the Wild Goose's own studio. [I have been questioned on this point, hence the [above] clarification that I got from the owner of Wild Goose Studio, himself. ] These Magnets is Hand Crafted, made from ceramic resin composite to be light weight and strong, and coated with pure Bronze. 2 1/2" square.
