Both the upper paper towel dispenser and lower waste receptacle are protected by tumbler locks to prevent theft. Crafted from 22-gauge stainless steel, the towel dispenser holds 600 C-fold or 800 multi-fold paper towels and is attached to the door of the unit with a full-length stainless steel piano hinge. To prevent the towels from tearing upon dispensing, the dispenser has a hemmed opening.
