Blood Red CANNA CANNAS LILY 5/Five Rhizome Bulb Green Leaf Sub-Tropical Plant Fa

Description: You are bidding on Five (5) Blood Red/Deep Rich Red Canna Bulbs / Rhizomes with green leaves (see above pictures) – it could be either 1 or 2 eyes to plant right away. Pictures were taken this past week as plant is just came up hibernation last month and it starting to bloom. The Rhizome is going to be dug up as soon as I receive payment, so that it will be as fresh as possible. Keep in mind I’m not a professional plant seller, I just a avid gardener that noticed my cannas is starting to spread out and need more space to grow which I do not have as you can see from the pictures. Also, these pictures were not photoshop, it’s exact as you see – pics #s 7-10 are from last days of fall 2023 (late November). Plant in full sun for better & brighter blooms, just add/amend your soil with humus and/or organic matter such as compost for greater results. Will need well drain moist soil. However don’t over water this plant, otherwise the rhizome/bulb will rot. Possible pest that can infest this plant are the tiny moths as they lay their egg inside the new leaves/shoots, but it will not effect the growing and flowering, also roly-poly will eat / chew through the leaves. I just leave them alone as they're part of nature. This plant will grow about 6-7 feet tall depending on where you plant it and the type of soil as well. Note: This plant is Hummingbirds, Butterflies, and all kind Bees friendly. I've seen them all sipping nectar from this plant. I have several of these cannas bulbs up for sale on eBay, if you are going to buy more than one, just message me through eBay, for shipping quote, or wait for me to send you an invoice, but it will be good to know the shipping quote beforehand to avoid any overpaying or headache later on. I live in zone 9a so all I have to do is mulch over this canna plant. However, if you live in a lower zone with bad winter weather i.e. zones 6 or below, you might have to dig the bulbs up and store them in your basement during the winter month. Note: CA / AZ /OR / HI / WA: Please check with your local county’s / state agriculture extension before buying as this is not a hobby for me on selling bulbs / plant, and I am not sure about your state restrictions as such.
