Description: Used older model Blodgett 30” x 20” flat top. This would be a great commercial appliance for smaller applications, such as a food truck or stand. Unit comes with removable rear drain tray for grease and the whole unit sits on an aluminum drain skid. Note: This is a manual ignition unit (see photos/video), but the removable burners work wonderfully and cooktop gets extremely hot. The cooktop has been cleaned and the top has been and re-oiled. Unit does NOT come with regulator, only a 3/4 gas valve on the back (see photos).
