The jersey was signed at our public autograph session December 13th & 14th, 2013 in Fredericksburg, VA. As authentication for the autograph you will receive a photo COA from Leader In Sports. The COA will state when and where the jersey was signed by Mr. Kilmer. Embedded into the COA is a picture of Mr. Kilmer signing the jerseys. If you look at the picture, you will see the Leader In Sports logo there (just to prove it is our item he is signing).
