All my prints are smooth to the touch and dimensionally accurate (I'm an engineer of over 30 years) These end caps are tapered just like the original so they are easy-on and then lock into position. The rail is 61.7mm wide and 30mm high so double check the size of the part you require is the same as the one I am selling. BUY - knowing this is a tried and tested fit for your bike rack CHECK THE PHOTOS AND ASK FOR CLOSE-UPS BEFORE BUYING! All 3d printed in RED PLA. (Bio degradable) There will be some variations in colour shades between rolls of filament but however many you buy, they will all be from the same roll and therefore the same shade of red.
