Playset is clean with no writing or markings. Sticker decor is mostly intact, a few are damaged from play. Some minorscratching to plastic surfaces. Missing LPS sign/key that inserts to top of round roof and makes it spin. Balcony rail has been broken and glued back (see photos). This is for the house only, no figures included.
