Description: Very cool decanter commemorating the Big Red Machine dated 1973. The Cincinnati Reds were an exciting team in the early 1970s, appearing in the World Series in both 1970 and 1972 and inspiring this advertising tribute by the Hoffman Distilling Company of Lawrenceburg Kentucky. It once contained Bourbon Whiskey but is currently empty. The original cork was crumbling so we have removed it and replaced it with a new one, attached with food safe, USDA approved silicone - just in case someone wanted to use the decanter in future. Decanter displays very nicely. There is a small imperfection (see photos) and several spots on the area of Riverfront Stadium in the bottom front but all are under the glaze. The only spot I would consider damage is a small area of chipping on the edge of the underside of the baseball topper. The bottom has some shelf wear. The extra corks are included as they are a very specific size.
