The reverse of the banknote is the Buddhist Monastery and Fortress Paro Rinpung Dzong. The 125 x 65 mm banknote is made of a hybrid composite substrate and bears a solid security thread. Furthermore, it has a watermark that depicts Jigme Singye Wangchuck.
