This mug was a promotional item given away by "Top Line Distributing" sometime after they had merged with the BEST GAME DISTRIBUTOR EVER - Berkeley Game Distributors. Sometimes the new company was called Berkeley Top Line, sometimes just Top Line. It didn't last long, as they soon thereafter merged into the colossal game distributor that is still with us, Alliance Game Distribution. These distributors had only so many choices on just how to spend all that sweet, sweet MTG bucks, and some didn't make the best of choices. Anyway, this mug has been in my personal possession since that day in the 1990's when they were giving them out. I don't think I've ever drank coffee out of it, or anything else for that matter.
