Description: Listed for your consideration is a lot of 5 antique wooden spools of thread in an assortment of colors. Three are mercerized cotton and one is pure silk. All were made by BELDING CORTICELLI RICHARDSON, which dates them to the 1910's when Belding Richardson acquired Corticelli. One is pure silk, #4675, copper in color. Three are Mercerized cotton #1630, but only one spool has brown thread. The other two have assorted colors of leftover threads wound on them. And the final one is cotton #1042 in a light brown color. This brand of Belding Corticelli Richardson is a SCARCE FIND! They only stayed together as a threesome for a few years. All of these have been privately owned for many decades by a seamstress and clothing designer who flourished in the 1930s and are original antiques. No fading, no odors, non-smoking environment. Very nice! Thanks for looking! [thread_belding_corticelli_richardson]
