Description: This comes from a large collection of classical vinyl LP records, stored meticulously in a climate controlled room for over 40 years before I purchased them from an estate. As is often the case with collections of this size, most of the records appear to have been rarely played, if ever. This is a reissue of the set originally released in 1962. This is on the Deutsche Grammaphon label with the Berliner Philharmoniker (Berlin Philharmonic). The outer box is in VG+ condition with minor shelf wear. There are no split corners. The booklet and the records themselves are truly NM, each and every side. A bit on my grading…. I am a collector myself and NM is not a grade I use lightly! In fact, less than 1% of my own (mostly rock/blues/soul, mostly sourced used) collection is NM. If only the genres I collect benefitted from poly-lined sleeves and handling by responsible, sober adults as these classical records have! When removing these records from the sleeves, some of them possibly for the first time ever, at no time did my fingers touch anything other than the spindle hole and the edge of the record. I am confident you will be happy with my grading and if for any reason you are not please contact me before leaving feedback and we will work out a resolution. Smoke free home.
