Description: Beautiful large Antique c. early 1900's blue and white banded Yellow Ware Bowl measuring 11.5" in diameter and 6" tall. It is hand decorated with 2 wide royal blue bands and 4 white narrow bands on a Goldenrod Yellow Glaze. There is an underlined "11" on the underside relating to the bowl's size. It is strong, sound and in very good overall condition with an approximate 1/8" x 1-1/2" flake near the underside of the upper overlapped ridge of the bowl as shown. I'm not sure if this could be a production flaw or not It is nonetheless a beautiful bowl that displays very nicely.
