We endeavor to illuminate such flaws as we notice them in photographs to reduce the likelihood of any surprises, but we cannot guarantee to catch every single one. Please keep in mind that we are not the original owners, nor are we electricians or appliance installation/repair professionals; we test for basic functionality, such as an oven turning on and heating to a high temperature, a mixer spinning at varying speeds, or a computer powering on and connecting to the internet. While we have a very high success rate, we cannot diagnose or warranty against hidden issues not evident with basic testing, and we cannot guarantee that an item will last for many more years, and this should be a considered factor when purchasing used items. APPLIANCE NOTES Please note--most of our units do not include: -Glass drip jars (but I believe you can replace with regular mason jars) -Plug cord, even if shown in pictures (we connect our own for testing purposes, but these units should be hard-wired for regular use) -Some units are missing the panel that covers the wires, but this will not show once installed, and does not affect functionality. Only items shown in foreground of pictures are included in the auction. We may be able to offer you a discount on shipping. SHIPPING If you are purchasing a cooktop or range with a downdraft fan, the fan may be removed to facilitate shipping. These are typically simple to reattach with a few nuts (included). Although a certain shipping method is often selected in the ad, we sometimes use a different carrier to achieve the best price, liability, or for another reason. If you require a specific carrier, please let us know before purchasing. Also, we try to save money and the environment by reusing boxes when possible. If receiving your item in a box for another product will greatly diminish your enjoyment of it, please notify us as soon as you’ve made your purchase. (Please note that many of our items are already boxed when listed, and requesting a different box could delay your shipment.) We sell many large items that ship via freight. Please keep in mind that freight shipments sometimes take longer than traditional shipping methods. Someone must be on site at time of delivery to sign for receipt in good condition. **If you miss a scheduled delivery or terminal pickup time, the freight company may charge an extra re-delivery fee of up to several hundred dollars, and you will be responsible for repaying the charges.** —>>Please inspect your item upon delivery - while the delivery company is still there.<— By signing the delivery document, you state that you have received it damage free (just as described in the eBay listing).
